APEC 2025 Korea was a high-level international summit held in the Republic of Korea for the first time in approximately 20 years, requiring large-scale and highly coordinated transportation operations in Gyeongju-si. GroundK participated as a mobility operations partner, supporting the management of official administrative vehicles and commuter shuttle services for delegates and media, with approximately 500 vehicles deployed throughout the event period. Despite Gyeongju’s limited road and transportation infrastructure compared to major metropolitan areas, GroundK implemented a Vehicle Management System (VMS) for real-time vehicle tracking and operational control, enabling stable responses to schedule changes and on-site contingencies. Through close cooperation with central and local government authorities, GroundK ensured consistent and reliable mobility services across official duties and shuttle operations during the summit.
